I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfy, and had a spectacular balcony. The service was top-notch, especially when speaking Spanish. The location couldn't have been better, right by the beach and surrounded by shops. The dining was decent but a bit repetitive. Overall, a fantastic experience!
The hotel is located just a few yards across a one-way street from the beach, making it the best feature of the hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and perfectly acceptable, equipped with a small fridge and TV. The staff can be very friendly, especially if you try to speak Spanish, but might come off as surly to British guests who are not big tippers.
The hotel has a prime location just a few steps from the beach and the charming Old Town area, making it ideal for soaking up the best of Benidorm. While the rooms require refurbishment and a thorough clean, the service stands out for its exceptional care and attention from dedicated staff. The dining options lean towards repetitive, buffet-style meals, yet the facilities offer some comfort despite needing a touch-up.
